The minister said the platform handled the transaction volume without technical disruptions. He attributed the increase to the expansion of services, technology upgrades, improvements in system performance and integration of new citizen services. Sridhar Babu said the state government had been strengthening MeeSeva to make delivery of government services faster and more transparent. <h3>MeeSeva offers range of citizen services statewide</h3> MeeSeva provides Family Card services, income, caste and residence certificates, registrations, government and utility payments, Transport Department services and services of several other departments through its centres and digital platforms. The minister congratulated MeeSeva centre operators, officials of government departments and technical teams for ensuring uninterrupted services across Telangana. He said the government would add more citizen services to MeeSeva, use advanced technologies and work to improve the speed, quality, transparency and efficiency of public service delivery.
