Ankit Jain, former managing director of Dyson India, has launched Foundry, a consumer technology company focused on premium home appliances. The company is developing appliances using proprietary, patent-pending technology, with its initial product range focused on the kitchen. Foundry has raised Rs 12 crore in a pre-seed funding round co-led by BEENEXT and Kettleborough VC.
