Microsoft has announced that three companion apps for Microsoft 365 are to be retired. In mid-December, the Calendar, File and People apps will not only no longer be supported, they will no longer work. The apps were previously described by the company as “a suite of taskbar-integrated apps designed to streamline everyday workflows, helping users stay focused, reduce context switching, and complete tasks faster”.
